We are a small scale Market Garden located in Ourimbah providing chemical free produce to the Central Coast area.

Growing on a small scale allows us to use biologically intensive and regenerative practices that over time improve the health of our soil. All of our inputs are natural and we grow without the use of chemicals, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. This in turn helps us grow higher quality more nutrient dense vegetables full of flavour and freshness you will not find in a supermarket.

We believe that eating local & seasonally grown has many benefits. Local, seasonal produce grown when nature intended comes with flavour that can not be found in growing that requires artificial production or ripening techniques or is shipped from other climates. It will provide your body with its natural nutritional needs which vary throughout the seasons. Food that doesn't travel hundreds or thousands of kilometres can make it to your plate much faster - maximising freshness and nutritional value. It also has the benefit of reducing our ecological footprint on the earth.

We have found eating locally helps to bring the community together and positively impacts the local small business economy.
